I’ve been baking since I was six years old, and this little bakeshop is the dream I’ve carried with me ever since. I left medicine behind to follow my heart—and now I get to create sweet things every day, from scratch, in my cottage kitchen here in Colorado. Everything I make is inspired by childhood joy, cozy comfort, and a deep love for flavor that actually means something.

This bakeshop is personal. I bake with intention, always small-batch, and often based on ideas my customers send my way. Biteys & Bits is fully cottage food certified, and while I’m not under state inspection, I take food safety seriously. I also believe baked goods should be fun, surprising, and just a little magical.
